Welcome to HoneyDew, a maintenance tracking application developed and operated by WrenchCraft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the HoneyDew mobile application ("App") and our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately. To understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: HoneyDew utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to assist in generating service intervals, maintenance schedules, part numbers, and specialty tool recommendations. Because of the dynamic nature of AI, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. All AI-generated outputs should be treated as estimations and guidelines, not as definitive engineering directives.

1. OEM Authority Precedence

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service manuals, official Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), dealership guidance, and physical owner's documentation always supersede any schedule, fluid specification, torque specification, or interval provided by HoneyDew.

It is your sole responsibility to cross-reference and verify HoneyDew's suggestions against the official manufacturer guidelines for your specific vehicle, appliance, or equipment before performing any maintenance.

2. Assumption of Risk & "DIY Safety" Disclaimer

Working on motor vehicles, high-voltage appliances, gas-powered equipment, HVAC systems, or pressurized components carries inherent and severe risks, including but not limited to property damage, voided warranties, severe bodily injury, or death.

You acknowledge that you perform all inspections, maintenance, and physical repairs entirely at your own risk.
You agree to follow all proper safety protocols (e.g., using proper jack stands, wearing eye protection, disconnecting batteries/circuit breakers, and adhering to fuel safety guidelines).
WrenchCraft LLC is not a certified mechanic service and does not guarantee that following the App's schedules will prevent mechanical failure or ensure safe operation of your assets.

3. Third-Party Part Numbers & Affiliates

Any part numbers, aftermarket cross-references, fluid recommendations, or specialty tool suggestions provided by HoneyDew are for informational purposes only. We do not manufacture or warranty these parts. You remain solely responsible for verifying component fitment, fluid compatibility, and OEM specifications prior to purchase or installation. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of incorrect or incompatible parts.

4. Limitation of Liability & Consequential Damages Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WrenchCraft LLC, its founders, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

Engine, transmission, or catastrophic equipment failure.
Voided manufacturer or extended warranties.
Towing bills, rental car fees, or loss of primary transportation/housing utilities.
Personal injury or property damage resulting from DIY repairs.

5. Digital Goods, Consumables, and Purchases

HoneyDew offers in-app purchases to unlock additional asset capacities (e.g., the 5-Slot Expansion Pack). You understand and agree that:

Consumable Goods: Asset slot expansions are one-time, consumable digital purchases applied directly to your registered account. All purchases are forfeited upon Account Deletion.
Refunds: All payments are processed entirely by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). WrenchCraft LLC does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. Any refund requests, billing disputes, or chargebacks must be directed to and are governed exclusively by the terms of the store where the purchase was made.

6. User-Generated Content, Video Submissions & Data Entry

The accuracy of HoneyDew's urgency calculations relies directly on the data you manually input. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom mileage, operational hours, appliance categories, and maintenance log dates.

Video Submissions and Media: By submitting, uploading, or sharing any content, including but not limited to maintenance tutorial videos, photos, or text (collectively, "User Content"), you grant WrenchCraft LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, and monetize (including via advertising and affiliate links) your User Content in any media format or channel. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit this content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Content Standards & Safety: To maintain a safe and helpful community, HoneyDew strictly prohibits the submission of objectionable, dangerous, or offensive content. We provide in-app mechanisms for users to report inappropriate User Content and block abusive users. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and reserve the right to review, reject, or permanently remove any User Content, and suspend the submitting account, at our sole discretion.

7. Service Availability & Termination

HoneyDew relies on cloud synchronization, remote database hosting, and third-party AI APIs. The App and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, or your specific account, at any time, particularly in cases of suspected API abuse or unauthorized reverse engineering.
